What information is needed to begin?

Answer: To begin creating your website design we will need your brand name, content (What does your business do?), brand colors, and photos if available. If you do not have model photos, stock image options are available which can be updated in the future with our maintainence services.

How long does the process take?

Answer: The estimated turnaround time is 7-12 business days after we’ve obtained the needed design details. Business days are Monday-Friday and this does not include weekends. Rush or Expresss services are available for this service as well.

Can I review before completion?

Answer:  Yes! We will present the website to the client for approval before finalizing the process. If revisions are needed, we will be happy to help assist before completion to ensure our client’s satisfaction. We value our clients and always strive to provide a five star experience.

 

 

What if I need HELP, Do you offer support?

Answer: Yes, we offer LIFETIME SUPPORT You will be able to change modify or add anything to your website yourself thru the administration (CMS) that we will build for you. But most important you will have access to our developers for any questions you might need. We use the same style of support as apple.com which means we connect to your computer and teach/help you with your questions or modifications to the website. We also give you unlimited training on our administration area. We offer LIFETIME SUPPORT because 99% of our customer only need training once as the administration area is super simple and easy to learn. You don’t need any knowledge on coding and you know we are just a phone call way.

Can I edit my website myself?

Answer: Yes, as a (BONUS) Our websites are also editable and can be customized by the client. Add, delete, or move sections around to your preference with over 100+ different combinations!
