If we receive excessive abuse complaints (3 or more in a month) against your server that are proven to be a violation of our terms of service/abuse policy, we reserve the right to end our business relationship with you. In this case, we will provide access to the contents of your server for a period of 5 days. This time period is so that you can still access your data and transfer it to another location or server (We do not allow this access for violations of Child Pornography).

Outstanding Web also reserves the right to cancel your services immediately should any staff be abused in any manner.
